Eclpse built the Gamony app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Eclpse at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. We will not use, collect, or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection, Use and Access

During app use, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information collected by Gamony may include, but is not limited to:

  • Location
  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Image/Profile Image
  • Payment App ID/Email

We automatically collect non-personally identifiable information such as IP addresses and website usage information from you when you visit our Website/App. We also collect information about your device, including but not limited to android_id, make and model of your phone, your mobile operating system and the country code associated with your device, user location information.

We collect this information for the purpose of identifying and communicating with you, including delivery of value earned in the app (in-game currency payouts,paypal payouts collected only when redeeming reward), as well as responding to your requests/inquiries and improving our app services. Any collection or use of your personal information for this purpose will be with your express consent.

Your email address may also be shared with Facebook, Twitter, and Google for the purposes of ad targeting through their respective platforms.

We value your privacy. This information will not be sold, shared, or used in any way outside of the standard operation of the application.

We respect your privacy rights and provide you with reasonable access to the Personal Data that you may have provided through your use of the Services. If you wish to access or amend any other Personal Data we hold about you, or to request that we delete or transfer any information about you that we have obtained from an Integrated Service, you may contact us using the contact us button from the app and we will help you to achieve complete your purpose.

Service and Content Providers

Additionally, Gamony does work with certain third party companies or services to facilitate our Service to users of the Gamony app and/or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These partnerships are in specific areas:

Ad Delivery

Videos served for purposes of entertainment and/or value accrual in the Gamony app may be supplied by unaffiliated, third party networks or companies. In these cases, our Services may be linked to properties operated to deliver ads or other engagements.

Push notifications

In order to provide reminder notifications, Gamony uses 3rd party push notification services that work as reminders for certain events inside the app.

Survey & Offerwall Serving Technology

In order to provide survey & offerwall earnings opportunities, Gamony uses 3rd party survey & offerwall providers, currently Adgem, Ayet Offers, Pollfish, Wannads, CPX Research, Bitlabs, Inbrain. These services provide online survey/offerwall platforms through which surveys/offerwalls from various research partners are conducted and made available to publisher partners like Gamony. In order to serve our users with these 3rd party survey/offerwall opportunities, specific set of device data (including Advertising ID, Location, IP Address which may be processed by providers only in strict compliance with App store policies) and response meta-data (including information about the apps which the user may have installed) will be automatically sent to survey/offerwall servers, allowing them to discern whether or not you are eligible for a survey/offerwall.

Survey Serving Technology

This app uses Pollfish SDK. Pollfish is an online survey platform, through which anyone may conduct surveys. Pollfish collaborates with Developers of applications for smartphones in order to have access to users of such applications and address survey questionnaires to them. When a user connects to this app, a specific set of user’s device data (including Advertising ID which will be processed by Pollfish only in strict compliance with Google Play policies- and/or other device data) and response meta-data is automatically sent to Pollfish servers, in order for Pollfish to discern whether the user is eligible for a survey. These data will be associated with your answers to the questionnaires whenever Pollfish sends such questionnaires to eligible users. By downloading the application you accept this privacy policy document and you hereby give your consent for the processing by Pollfish of the aforementioned data. Furthermore, you are informed that you may disable Pollfish operation at any time by using the Pollfish “opt out section” available on Pollfish website. We once more invite you to check the respondent’s terms of use, if you wish to have a more detailed view of the way Pollfish works.

Log Data

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system and other device statistics ("Log Data").

Data Retention

Gamony user account information and experience response data are stored on Gamony servers and accessible without expiration for active accounts. Active accounts are defined as accounts that have had activity over 3 months. For any account not in use for a continuous 3 months, Gamony will delete user account and all related personal information, but retains anonymized user response data for purposes of analysis.

We may share data with or allow third parties to collect data from our application(s) in order for the contracted service to be completed. In the event that data is captured or shared between Gamony and an outside organization, we withhold any personally identifiable information unless this information is required in order to perform the services rendered.

Third parties may collect data associated with the user's advertiser ID, device opt-out status, and user reported answers to their survey questions in order to increase the relevance of ads or content provided by third party to each user. Information collected will not be retained in production systems for more than thirty months from the date you last interacted with one of the third party ads, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We may retain backup information on our servers for up to three years for fraud detection, to enforce our legal rights, or to comply with applicable law or our internal security policies.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.

Cookies

We do not operate a public website for Gamony and do not use cookies directly. However, the app may integrate third-party SDKs, code, and libraries that use “cookies” or similar tracking technologies to collect information and improve their services. You can choose to disable cookies through your device settings.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These other sites are not subject to this Privacy Policy, and Gamony has no control over how such websites may use the personally identifiable information collected on those sites. Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

Children's Privacy

Only persons age 13 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children") and an app age gate has been added to ensure only persons 13 or older can use our Service.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of August 10, 2025 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
